Personal Statement You re Honor - 1220 Words

You’re Honor, Today I am writing from a place of concern, I am very fearful for my future and in fact my life. I have been in your courtroom undergoing pretrial investigations and other court proceedings since 2015. I have been very respectful of the court and the courts authority. In doing so I have been present in court in a timely and respectable manner, I have also provided any adequate information surrounding any reasons for me needing to miss a court date. You’re Honor, I don’t even know what to say, as I am writing I am beginning to feel more afraid and intimidated. I feel isolated and objectified, I have reached out to friends and family and even confided in the legal suggestions from my defense council. The woman I know as on line screen name fitgirl39 I believe is targeting me and aggressively prosecuting me for some personalized sexual domination fantasy. I believe her personal interests have had an adverse effect on the professional judgment of the partners, managers, and supervisory lawyers involved in my case. When knowledge that prosecutor and I had been communicating on line came to fruition I immediately notified my defense attorney. I did not know what was happening!
